These Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of digital products from Aether.

1. Products All products offered on this website are digital goods (PDF downloads and digital content). No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Prices All prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Aether reserves the right to change prices at any time before the order is completed.

3. Order Process When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. The contract is considered concluded when payment is successfully processed.

4. Payment We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (including credit/debit cards and other available providers). Payment must be completed before access to the digital product is granted.

5. Delivery of Digital Products After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital product via a download link. The link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

6. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access to the product has been granted or the file has been downloaded, no refunds or exchanges can be provided.

7. License of Use By purchasing a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not resell, share, distribute or republish the content.

8. Customer Responsibility You are responsible for providing a correct email address during checkout and for checking your spam folder if you do not receive the download email.

9. Changes Aether reserves the right to update these Conditions of Sale at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
